One time this whole bunch of us decided when we went to community store that sells stuff real cheap and seen a mother trying to buy stuff for her kids, shuffleing through a bunch of rags.
It was time to clean out the closets. Anything we hadn't worn for a while and knew we probably never would. Went into these boxes. Had a pickup load. Made it easier to find the stuff I really do wear. Even gave up toys that I felt I had out grown.
dishes we no longer used just make sure the parents are involved and you don't give away grandma's airloom china.
Never give with the idea of getting in return. Just think how God must have blessed you already and your just paying him back.
If you were poor you wouldn't have a closet full of clothes to donate. In Africa, they have one outfit. Heard that on Opray Winfrey. So if you have more than that, you have already been blessed. Appreciate that you get something to eat to night.
Some people won't have.

While I am very proud of you that you have made the choice to think of others I think you may have done it for the wrong reasons. It can really do your heart good to know that you made a difference in someones life with such a small gesture but it sure would be a shame to miss out on that lesson. Sometimes we do receive rewards in life for what we do but it may be years later. I have actually helped people out and got nothing in return but years later when I was in a bad spot that person remembered my kindness and helped me out in return but I would never expect something. I hope that you get the most important gift from this a cleaner room that is easier to manage and a happy heart (those can be hard to come by sometimes... and I do mean both of those items)

I believe that the more you give the more you get. I have been selling Mia Bella Candles for the past year and do the fund raiser baskets where I put candles and stuff together to give away for raffles. I I did one for a bowling fund raiser that we were bowling in. I bought a few of the tickets for the prizes never thinking that I would win anything and I won a $350.00 amethyst necklace. I do believe that you more you give you get back!!!
