Well for one thing...we have a rookie 6th round draft pick as a QB who definitely plays like an inexperienced rookie...but he'll get there, he has a lot of potential. We've been plauged by injuries all season to some of our key players, we couldn't seem to make tackles for the first half of the season, along with some bad play calling. But we're looking a little better this half...showing some signs of hope for next season. this just wasn't our season....i look at it like this...theres 32 teams in the nfl and someones gotta be at the bottom....we had our year in 2002...can't always be the champs...

Gruden. He's overrated as a coach. Bar the Uber Bore year, look at his record with the talent he has had.
