Hi, I just gave birth (about 20 minutes ago) and I don't really want him anymore. Can I trade him in to get a better/different one or should I just abandon him somewher

you shoul have thought about that 9 months ago
if you dont want him take tell the people at the hospital and they will tell you your options. dont abandon the baby what if it happened to you thats wrong. you want get in any legal trouble if you just do the right thing ( think about your decision before you make the wrong one that you will truly regret later in life)

how old are you. i hope this is just a joke which im sure it is you just gave birth 20 min ago and are now on the computer i find that hard to beleive what do you have a computer in your hospital room must be a nice hospital. anyway if this is not a joke talk to your doc right away you have some serious problems. grow up

I find that unlikely.
But in the rare instance it's true, dial 9-1-1, they will take the child to a place where it's wanted.

u did or ur wife? well lol. But your wife's instincts will kick in and did you go to the parenting/birthing classes? Inlist the help of your parents. Trust me, I am a mom of 3 (u can thank Hubby Blaien for that)
