What kind of people think that americans have no sense of humor?

In all the other countries on this planet. Not only the Americans make fun of themselves, though they might have more reasons to make fun of themselves than the rest of the world...
To answer the first question: superficial people think that the Americans don't have a sense of humor. They have a strong sense of humor and, from all the comedy shows in the world, I prefer the American ones: quick, smart, funny, ironic.

Europeans (excluding the English). (By in large Europeans are just stuffed shirts and hot air!) The English really appreciate our humor as we do theirs. Theirs is often more subtle and based on plays on words and parodies. Ours is more just good humored good old-fashioned poking fun at things and also the use of hyperbole.
