contact the clerk's office at your local county courthouse. You have to file paper work explaining why you need a restraining order. The judge will review the paperwork and decide if a restraining order should be granted (by filing a temporary order), once granted, another court date is set between the parties involved and the judge will either accept or deny the order at that time; (sometimes Ordering mediation between the parties to resolve the issue at hand, if possible).

If she has filed the order she should not be in undertaking if she chooses to interrupt it--yet she's making a extensive mistake if she does. The restraining order grew to become into positioned into result to guard her from this guy. The courtroom equipment won't take her heavily if she intentionally places herself in place to be close to him.

You oviously did something to piss her off or oviously have something that she wants. There's a reason why she's doing all this. What exactly did you do to her that is making her do this to you? I bet this is about a guy/boyfriend. If you two girls are fighting about a guy, then your both stupid & wasting your time. No restraining order is going to stop her from chasing you. Did you steal her boyfriend? Seriously, STOP THE DRAMA.

You need to know the psycho's name and address. Go to a lawyer and have him file one for you. It may take about a week to get it filed and have the hearing.

The next time she follows you in her car....drive to the police station and I am sure that will scare her...and if it doesn't go and report her.
