well there is some psycho b*tch that keeps threatening me and chasing me in her car.....! Is it much of a hassle to get a restraining ordeR??? Is it hard to get one?? what process do ya gotta go through??

You oviously did something to piss her off or oviously have something that she wants. There's a reason why she's doing all this. What exactly did you do to her that is making her do this to you? I bet this is about a guy/boyfriend. If you two girls are fighting about a guy, then your both stupid & wasting your time. No restraining order is going to stop her from chasing you. You need to know the psycho's name and address. Go to a lawyer and have him file one for you. It may take about a week to get it filed and have the hearing.

I GOING TO TELL EXACTLY WHAT TO DO.YOU GO TO YOUR COURT HOUSE WHERE YOU LIVE ASK FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER THEN THEY WILL GIVE YOU PAPERS TO FILL OUT THEN ON THAT PAPER YOU CAN EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON.THEN MAYBE ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO A MONTH YOU AND HER HAVE TO SEE A JUDGE THEN THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE WANT TO DO.GOOD LUCK.
