I was there. I even got lost there. I was with my grand parents on the tour and some how I was looking at something and the tour went another direction. Grand parents still with me at this point. Then they said they were gonna find the tour group and some reason I kept going my own way. After a hour and half by my self I got out of the tower found these ravens. Big *** birds. I never thought that they were so big. I felt drawn to they. Then after watching the ravens for how long I snapped out of some daze and found my grand parents call me over with the tour group near by. Very cool place, but weird vibe.

I´ve visited the Tower in my 6th trip to London. So it isn´t actually THE must for a short visit. It´s expensive (about 15 GBP) and you need a lot of time. But it´s interesting to see that it´s actually a small village for itself, what you wouldn´t expect from the outside view. There are some exhibition (in the White Tower or the Crown Yewels e.g.) and a lot of place to stroll around.

I did, about 25 years ago. It was ok, but I guess it's one for the To Do list the first time everyone visits London.
