Prostate massage, what does it feel like?

I am kicking around of the idea of prostate massage. My Mistress requires me to be in male chastity (CB-2000) and for my health she wants me to be milked weekly. I did buy a g-spot massager as I was told works but may take awhile to milk. My question is what does it feel like. Will sperm leak out like peeing ?

The prostate is basically the male G spot. A prostate massage will require anal penetration. It feels really good to some people and heightens an orgasm if you massage it while having sex.
