Ive never been into piercings or tattoos but I think a nose ring(a stud on the nostril) not the septum,looks sexy on some women. Id like one but I have kids and am indifferent on how that looks. Does it look trashy or okay?

i think it looks great
ive seen a few moms with it and i think as long as you dont have several piercings on ur face allready, its cute.
Just get a small diamond stud.
something really suddle.
Talk to your kids about it too, see what they think about you having ur nose pierced.
Its YOUR decision, if you think it looks good and its something you want, then get it but make sure your kids know before hand.

I remember my mom got her Naval pierced when i was 11 without asking me and i FREAKED OUT. if she had just asked me i would'a been fine with it.
so deff. ask your kids.

Ewwwwww a nose ring I think that no women should have a nose ring only on there ear. Think before you act. Just think about it before you do it. That looks trashy no offense but it will look trashy don't do it trust me.

Well it depends on your kids ages. If they are really little its ok because they would be good with it. But if they are tennagers or 10+ years, I would totally check on it with them. Because (no offence) but having a mom with a nose ring might be wicked embarssing to them. So follow my advise and ask them. So you end up as the cool party mom not the 'oh jeeze look at her' mom.

I have mine and I love it. Its really small and its the only piercing that I have.To me its like having your ears pierced. I dont think it looks trashy. I dont dress trashy and I dont think a little earing is going to change that. How old are your kids?? I think its up to the person!!

I'm a 33 year old mother of 3 boys, 15, 11 & 7. I get compliments about it all the time. Nobody I know thinks that it's trashy. It's part of me and my personality. I'm not punk or anything, but I'm just a little edgy. It's my way of staying "young".
So, I say go for it.

It really depends if you have the right nose and facial features for it. It will look right only if it is not the first thing you notice on a person's face.

Just think of having a cold this winter and having the snot get caught on your stud. I think nose piercings are totally gross.

trashy becuz if you get a little stub on your nose it looks like a small booger left behind which would not be attracting hope this helps

I think a small diamond is just fine...and if you like something, why worry about whatever everyone else is saying or doing...If you like it do it, dont worry about what anyone else thinks
