It is a good idea to give them a bath just before bedtime before you feed him/her. A bath may upset the little one causing the child to spit up the formula, and giving them a bath and bottle before bed and helps them relax and sleep through the night.

Well, unless you want to do two baths, I'd do it after the feeding. Depending on your baby's age, whether he is old enough to be starting to feed himself or not, you are still going to end up with most of the food on the outside of the baby. Save yourself the headache, and bathe him after he eats.

It depends on what kind of kid you have. My first child loved a bath and I could bath her anytime. My second child did not love the bath and would vomit when she got too upset - so she had a bath before meal time. I guess I would say before is best as babies can get sleepy after meal time.

Bathe before feeding. The baby's going to eat and fall asleep and will want to go straight to his/her crib. The bath is a great way to relax babies.

After baby's bath.If you feed her before,chances are the baby will puke up food because of the movements baby will make when taking bath.

It's pretty clear that there's pro's and con's to both times...
Before- get them all clean for feeding time. Baby won't be as likely to get sick (nothing in his tummy).
After- he's fed, and less likely to get grumpy (hungry always = grumpy!!)
Either way, I'd suggest right before naptime- I always sleep better right after a shower. Guess there's something about being all clean....

I find doing it after they eat with the J&J bedtime bath stuff in Lavender and Chamomile really helps them go to sleep

We always bathed ours after the feed you get the most happy pics etc when they are happy and well fed

i would give the bath after a feeding because then they be ready to go to sleep
