IF you worked for a large organization, and had someone with a personality opposite to yours working for you, what would you do to ensure a safe, comfortable and satisfying workplace? Explain

I would socialize with that other person, because we're opposite doesn't mean we can't get along. So that's the best solution I reckon try to get along/ socialize with that person, which results in a comfortable workplace.

I would remember that everyone is different. Maybe I had to have that employee there precisely BECAUSE he or she was different from me and had skills that I didn't.

I think basic respect, freedom, autonomy would be best all around. I would reward employees extra for their own achievements and also for achievements of the corporation. Incentive bonuses work I think. And NO nonsense things from above. Rules only when needed.

I like the peer to peer model too. Even if somebody makes 20x as much as somebody else. Open door policy is good too. Make sure anyone can talk with anyone.

If it as a large organization, I would make sure that we did not have to work in close proximity to each other. That way, no conflicts.

If they were bad for the company, I would fire them.

by always be on your toes.Be sterile with them and only feed them on a need to know basis,nothing more,nothing less.
