Incredible Machine game download for Windows platform- anyone know where I can get it?

I tried downloading it from www.download.com -- but after it downloaded the game would start up then the "windows has encountered a problem and needs to close" window pops up and closes the game--
anyone know where I can get a copy of the game? My son would love it (as would I!)... free only, as I don't have a credit card to purchase it.. thanks
