When I first saw the original Halloween, when I was nine or ten years old, it really scared the hell out of me. Especially the part in the end where Michael Myers just materializes out of nothing. When I watch it now, I can't believe how much it scared me so long ago. I remember I had to sleep with the lights on for about a week because I was always expecting Michael Myers to come out of the dark.

The extended preview for The Grudge 2 when i went to see Pirates 2 they had an extended preview and I wanted to leave the theatre but i though it would be only a minute or two long but it was extended and it was 5 minutes of agony. And the ads for 8 films to die for that were on the subway and internet! *Shudders*

i believe that a movie called "Don't look now" with donald sutherland creeped me out the most. It has defenitive foreshadowing, and deals with the death of an offspring, and how this haunts the parents throughout. It's a spooky movie because you never know what is reality, dream, or hallucination. The end gets me every time.

Hannibal or Silence of the Lambs. It was scary because I could relate to the killers and think of how and why they did things easily before their motives were revealed.
