Just give a general description of your interests and what brought you to this place looking for a job. Keep it professional-don't tell about your wife and 2 kids and your dog. Just be genuine with your answer and keep it short. Good luck!

Just give a general description about your professional career, maybe starting with what you currently do, and what brought you to the job you are applying for. I highly recommend looking at the book the Idiot's Guide to the Perfect Interview, or Interviews for Dummies....those books really helped me.
