How about finding things and being around people of substance, not superficial. Seeking the truth, if you seek the truth it will set you free, The true love, the Love of a Savior, the Savior of all our stresses and anxieties, fears, the lover of your soul who can give you life and more abundantly. He said in this world you will have troubles, but I have overcome the world, I will never leave you nor forsake you, because I'm with you even till the end of the world.
Jesus Christ.
Find comfort in Him, go to church for Christmas. Blessings to you! May you find comfort in him, may you find the peace only he can give which passes all understanding.

I'm not sure if there is one way to fix the emptiness you feel inside. I've felt it before too, for me its due to low self-esteem because i felt i had to grow up alone.

I would suggest set some constructive and productive goals and try to accomplish them. like if you always wanted to act, write a script, get a job to buy a camera, etc.

Join a club or start a hobby you like. for ex: i love bowling and baseball even though im not atheletic. I also love to shop. find a friend who has the same interests, even if not dont let it stop you.

or volunteer, i like mentor programs. helping and building a close relationship with others can help make that void a little less empty. =)

I have this philosophy about life, even though it's filled with many dissappointments, sadness, and obstacles. I think the goal of life is to try to be happy. maybe you wont achieve that goal tomorrow or even a year from now but when you do, it will be worth it.

I Would Say Going To Church..An Apostolic Church..I Could Find You One If I Knew Where You Lived..But Anyways Finding God And Keeping A Close Relationship Worked For Me..Because Partying, Drinking, Whatever Wasn't Cutting It But When I Found God I Found That I Didn't Need All That Because I Found Something Better. Good Luck!

Like you would fix any empty container - either with rubbish, hence displaced the space for anything worthwhile or with something more appropriate to your needs. This can either be with short term needs hence the constant replacement or with longer term needs like books etc, The choice is always yours. You are the master of your own destiny. I cannot help you!

Focus on God. Prayer. Go to a quiet place and talk to God like I am talking to a an actual in the flesh person in front of me. I know He is present in the spirit.

Think about going to help someone else then actually going out to help someone else.

all you need is love, love and more love. friendship helPS too. hobbies help too. dedication to a cause helps too. getting involved in community work and good causes is a cure to many illnesses. and the list goes on...you have to start somewhere....and the best way to start is to put forward one step at a time.
ps. the mountain looks much taller from the bottom. once you begin to climb...look up or look down...you have a different perspective and answer.

Have you tried finding God? He's just sitting there waiting for you to realize that He is all that you need. But you have exercise free will, He is not going to force you.

meditate a bunch and one day you will realize that there is a wholeness in the emptiness. Eventually you will become one with yourself and you will fill "whole" and not empty.
