I'm worrying if I will melt like butter since it's warmer there! I don't need to adjust to the place since it's my home, it's just I've been gone for 2 years then. I got used to the Connecticut weather.

Are you for real? You've only been gone for two years and already you already "FORGOT" that it's warmer in the Philippines than the US and that December makes Manila "a bit chilly"???? I've been overseas too, and for longer than that, and I never forget my home country. Short of amnesia, I can't think of any plausible reason that could make you forget such a basic detail and ask a dumbass question like this.

I think you'll DEFINITELY have a HARD TIME adjusting... not because of the climate but because of your weird hangup with yourself. You must be one of those Filipinos who thinks he's all that just because he's now moved to the US. Please, save your family and friends the misery of having to deal with you and your drivel about how it sucks here and how you're much better off because you now live States-side. Even if you've only really lived there for a relatively short time!

Looks like you're friends and family can forget about a chilly December next year... because of all the hot air you'll be blowing their way when you visit.

Hmmmmm Filipino hospitality is slowly going down the drain.....

Yes it is still warm and humid here in the Philippines considering Connecticut has a cold weather most of the time. As for Manila, morning temperature can range from 30 to 34 degrees celcius while the evenings can get a bit cooler around 22 to 24 degrees celcius. If you go to mountain regions like Baguio, the temperature can go lower.

December is a bit chilly in the Phils. But it could still be warm there for you. When my dad comes homes on December, he sweats so much, saying that it's really hot. and he's from Hawaii! Decembers are fine, just don't think you'd stand the summer heat! OMG! Summers are REALLY HOT!

Dec - Jan is coldest, Mar - May hottest... but you know all that. If you like the cold, go to Baguio. Personally I like Tagaytay a few degrees cooler than Manila. There it's in the mid to high 80s F.

don't worry about the weather, its much cooler during dec to feb. and since you've only been gone for 2 yrs. not much change as far the weather is concerned, but if u want to know the new places to visit manila, then there's a lot of change since.. enjoy ur trip!

You're right. December to February is our coldest month here. But I'm sure you'll enjoy 'cause Filipinos have a a unique way of celebrating Christmas season.
