What's interesting is that I see what you are saying in the media, but I don't see it so much in real life. Of course, I am not in the middle east - but I meet folks on line from all around the world and I am struck with how much we have in common. I think the internet gives us the opportunity to relate to one another on an individual basis without the media propaganda and I think that will save the day in the end. Eventually people will realize that we are all very much the same - we all just want to live our lives in peace and raise our families in safety. I think once we get better american leadership back in the white house, we will see steady improvement.
Peace!

although we in the usa do not like to think about it, european countries have imported so many muslims to do labor that their countrymen do not want to do that england and france, just to name two, are getting overwhelmed by them. there are really ghettos of muslims in european countries, and i'd suspect that it could come true here too.
both middle easterners and hispanics' (especially mexicans') populations are exploding. so the labor is cheap.
humorists have speculated that due to the muslim influence, in 40 years, all people on the planet will have dark hair and eyes, lol!
however, if jihadists continue to hurt the people of the united states, our country is bound to bomb the heck out of those countries existing in the middle east. we'd do it because we do not want it done to us, and we do not trust them. after 911, how can we trust them?
israel will always help us.
why is iran telling us that it is trying to make nuclear power plants, therefore, that is why they are trying so hard to change U238 to U235? baloney. iran wants to make a thermonuclear warhead. woe to the middle eastern nation that does that. we will get them before they know what's coming.
i really hate talking this way since at heart i am a pacafist with very much respect, however, for the people that serve in our armed forces.
but the usa is the most powerful country on this planet today and our people are not going to give this power up.
the problem with islam is that we can never tell which faction will take up the practice of telling their little boys how they will be glorified in the eyes of allah by wearing a belt filled with explosives, going onto a bus, where it explodes.
if you look up factions of islamic/muslim faith in wikopedia, you will see that it is almost impossible to remember even 1/4 of the names of the factions since the ottoman empire fell.
i'm sorry to have to tell you that it appears that muslams are one against one, too, not only against the usa.
here is my idealistically ridiculous prayer: that you and everyone else, including muslims, approach all they ever meet with common respect that the other is a human being who has faults and qualities. it sure would go a long way. it is much better to take personal action towards peace than it is to pray for world peace, don't you think?

Well.... It depends on how much you want to retain your identity. This is a war of ideas... a religious war. The Islamic Jihadist want the whole world to be Muslim and are willing to die to make that happen. If you want to bow down to Mecca 5 times a day and live under Islamic law... then do nothing to resist... appease the terrorist, throw the Jews to the lions... and it will happen quickly.

Muslims started it. They attacked us on 9-11. They attacked us repeatedly during the Clinton years.
This ends when one side defeats the other. No negotiating.

Eventually it will be settled the way all conflicts are settled. In a bloodbath.
