No, the wrestling you see on TV is only a fraction of the amount of promotions there are. There's ROH, CW, OVW, DSW, CZW, and XPW just to name a few. In fact, just the NWA alone has ownership of over 60 federations! Even the WWE and TNA do non-televised house shows. The shows done before a televised event by wwe are called "dark matches", because people not there are "left in the dark" on the results of said matches.

No, I got to see the Road Dogg Jesse James and Golddust in a match and it was not televised. And Trish's "puppies" look much bigger on TV than up close!
