I'm wearing cup 'C', and i dont like to put on bra, my friend told me that it will drop as it doesnt have much support, is it true? I will usually like to put on tank top under my cloth, do i really have to wear bra to maintain my breast shape?

Yes. Gravity is unkind. The larger and heavier your breasts the more you need to wear a bra. Especially, as you get older since your skin will lose more and more elasticity and be unable to bounce back or hold its shape.

Once in awhile is fine, but the skin is delicate and too much movement or too much time unsupported will give you stretch marks and make you saggy. A C-cup with no bra? I'm a D and I haven't been able to not wear a bra since I was 14. Doesn't it feel weird to have them just slapping around against your chest? And aren't they kind of mis-shaped since they move and squish instead of snuggling safe in the bra?

Yes, because your skin is constantly streching and just the walking movement all the time can be painful at some point if you have no support. You like tank tops well then get the one with built in bra so it helps your back too

Yes, your friend is right they will start to drop sooner than if you wore a bra. That is why some people wear a bra to sleep

No, you don't. This is a myth put out by bra manufacturers. The muscles get stronger without the bra. It's better to go without.

It's up for debate, but I would say wear one most of the time. For breasts on the larger side, like yours, support is important and can also save you from back pain.

Of course you need a bra. Haven't you seen pictures or documentaries of semi-nude tribal women? Do they have nice bouncy boobies?
