I've just spent the whole weekend in bed dozing and reading or chatting on the phone. It's not normal for me in that I don't usually do that but I have been so tired lately it was a welcome relief. So, I'm sure that chilling and watching TV for a whole weekend is definitely normal as long as it doesn't happen every weekend! I do feel a bit guilty now because I haven't done loads of things I was meant to do, but I'm still glad of the rest.

Sounds like you were overdue for a break. Not a bad idea, occasionally. However, you will probably benefit more by pacing yourself better during the week, so that your need to veg out is not so extreme.
Take good care now.

I do it almost every other Saturday and I think that its okay. It's good to just laze around on the bed and just mindlessly watch TV or DVDs.

It's absolutely normal. I've stayed in my room and watched TV & DVDs for 36 hours.
Sometimes people want to be quiet.

My husband and I do that 1 weekend a month. We stay in our PJ's and sit in front of the tube. It is perfectly normal, sometimes you just need a break.
