All of the gaseous planets have rings (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune). Saturn has the largest set, Neptune's are also fairly well known (probably the two you are thinking of). As I recall, Uranus' are nearly gone... but it does have rings.

There are 4 and arguably 5 planets with ring systems.
Earth (arguable) - The Earth has an extensive satellite system in geosynchoronous orbit. If the majority of these satelites were not mostly under human control it could be considered a proper ring. Certainly an observer unfamiliar with the planet would see it that way. (See the NASA Java link/page below) If you zoom out a little bit from the Earth and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Jupiter (definite) has a ring composed largely of sulphur ice crystals from released from volcanos by it's dying moon Io.
Saturn (definite) as a specatular ring which is considered among the most beautiful objects in the solar system.
Uranus (definite) has a set of thin rings which are suspected to be made from broken up impact material from a colision of an object with it's largest moon Miranda.
Neptune (definite) has a set of dark feathery rings which are not particularly well understood at this time but are made from very dark material possibly - carbonized methane/ice-dust.
