Life would be very sweet indeed!
it would be a controllable power, that is, i could use it any way i wish. Candy-ize only parts of people, undo the effects, instant or delayed effect.
I would give my husband a candy penis, filled with liquid caramel, to make going down on him even more enjoyable. He would be able to feel all sensations, just like normal.
Certain microsized celebrities would gain a few pounds!
I would turn myself into marshmallow and have my husband eat all the flabby bits on me, eat me to perfection! It does not hurt to be eaten if you are marshmallow.
Anyone i don't like, i would turn them into jelly beans and feed them to kids.
And the piece de resistance:
I would turn all the crappy world leaders into chocolate, melt them down and then reset them into toilets, remove the candy effect and voila, we can now piss all over George Bush! And yes, he would be completly aware of it!!!

I would take evil people in this world and make them into candy. I would then start a candy company that delivered free candy to kids worldwide (We would aso promote brushing and flossing so the kids wouldn't get cavities).
I could choose whether or not the transformation took time or was instantaneous. If the meanie (Ossama for example) deserved to suffer, they would slowly turn into candy.
Wow, that sounds like a crazy power.
Brings up the whole "Crime and Punishment" argument that Raskolnikov argued he could decide the fate of people who were not worthy of living or were parasites on society.

Pretty good - I'd always be full, as would those who go hungry, because I'd just turn all the bad people into candy and let the good people eat that candy... of course, I'd get some too for doing all the work. LOL

Ok so I would turn evil people I knew into candy, because they deserve it! I would use my "magical candy cane wand" and POOF! there you go! It would only turn them into the candy their personality was like, only for a day. If they were super evil, they would turn into Chocolate and I would let them melt! It would be slowly working on them, letting them know in just minutes they might be that sucker they ate or the gum they aren't allowed to chew during class. I would use it on evil people(those who were mean to me or my friends) That would be so much fun, I actually wished I had that power!

Provide food for third world countries.

i'd turn people into 3 muskateers, or hersey candy bars
they'd have to give me a bite of them before i turned them back, some would be perminent and others wouldn't... it would be instantanious, i'd use it on everyone...
