Well since men are the weaker of the two genders, are not as healthy as women, don't live as long as women, and are outvoted by women it is hard to say. Perhaps we can find ways to make men healthier and to live longer. I could ask my wife, or my female supervisors.... as they are smarter than I am.

Seems to me that as long as there are differences,
there will be inequality. So, get rid of the differences.
How? Some answers are not really that satisfying...like
erradication of one or other of the differences. Rather,
we might learn to celebrate the differences and treat people
as individuals rather than as a certain gender. With animals
and plants, we'd have a long way to go, and even with people
we could probably not completely do so.

firstly--why do you think something should be done??have you got first hand experience of this???what exact inequality are you talking about??there cannot be a 50-50 take on any situation-otherwise all we would ever do is consider all the options on wether we 'd hurt someones feelings or not and never get anything done----gender inequlity is just another way of saying political correctness--what a lot of hogwash---if you deserve to get credit you'll get it on your merits not your sexual classification

No such thing as "gender inequality", that's a euphamism for women who want to do mens work, nothing more.

easy. in the legal books, precedents, rules, regulations all you have to do -- and the only thing to do -- make it a pre-condition that MAN STANDS ALSO FOR WOMAN AND WOMAN STANDS ALSO FOR MAN -- IN ALL INTERPRETATIONS. voila. all done.
ps. forbid to ask the question -- male or female or sex orientation.
