My dad told me I am the most broke-dick guy he's ever met because I am 26, live at home with him, divorced, have a mediocre job, and owe $1,000's in debt. I think he invents vulgar slang phrases. Like what you would call "hittin' it" , he calls "tearin' off a piece". Weirdo.

It is a military term for some one who is on profile. Profile means cant do anything that will aggravate injury. Mostly used for people who have small injury but exaggerate it for the profile. also called Bravo Delta.
