http://tokyotosho.com/search.php has torrents (you need a bittorrent downloader which you can just download if you dont have, a simple seach of bittorrent will bring you to the site) and there is torrents of MKR. all you have to search is magic knight rayearth.
http://baka-updates.com/search.php here also if you search for magic knight rayeath will find sub episodes. Although here you need mIRC (search mIRC and download the program) then on baka site has the channel name, you'd go in and many channels have a website to click on how to download off of mIRC.
final suggestion would be from if you go to isohunt torrent site to do a search for rayearth.

you can either go to fansubs.com, or fansub.com, youtube.com, or just type in "magic knight rayearth fansub" into ur search engine.
