They play more "Yahoo! Music recommended" songs than the preferences I've selected. Can this be changed?

There are several reasons why this might happen. I am going to guess that you don't have enough positive ratings for Launchcast to play more of your rated music AND ALSO follow its own rules about how often it can play any one artist or song.
