I've told her that other women I've been with have had similar experiences...but she thinks it's way to much to be normal. Does this happen to any of you out there, can you reassure her that it isn't just her?

It's normal for me, so you can tell her that!
All women are different, but this sounds perfectly within the range of normal to me.
I think it just shows that she is very excitable, which I think is awesome.
Tell her it turns you on. (hope it does) That may reassure her.
It's hard not knowing if you are 'normal' or not, no-one wants to be different, so just make it clear it is normal.
It's much better than having the opposite problem, because that can have disadvantages; discomfort etc

Its depends what do you means with "very wet". When a woman get excited it is normal that she become wet. But if it is so much wet she should visit a doctor for advise. Also not all women are the same.
