Is three weeks pregnaunt and her stomach already looks like a balloon is it possible that she might be pregnaunt with twins?

Women usually dont show that early. She is probably bloated. Even if she is pregnant with twins she shouldnt have popped out just like that. Usually at the earliest a woman will show in her second month.

Could possibly be. Could just be bloating though. I'm 4 and a half weeks pregnant with my second child, and my stomach looks quite bloated at the moment. I didn't start to show until 16 weeks, when I was pregnant with my son last year

That is not normal, women don't 'show' that they are pregnant until they are a least a few months pregnant, certainly not that early.
But there are some medical proceedures that some women have to help them get pregnant, and occasionally a side effect of that can be extreme bloating, so maybe that's why?
Or maybe she is actually more pregnant than 3 weeks.
Ask your Mom about it. She will probably like the fact that you are interested.

At three weeks there is generally no measurable difference in abdominal size. Someone who has had a lot of babies will show earlier in the pregnancy. She can have an intravaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks if it is a concern

Not necessary, I was 5 1/2 months along with my twins before I really started showing. When she goes for her sonogram she will know if she has a singleton or twins.

well it can be possible thet she is having twins but it is oly posible if u have twin on u moms side of the family or u dads side of the family if u dont have eny twins in u faamily then u mom is just having a big baby it also can mean she is having a boy wen u have a big stomic with no twins the is can also mean she is having a boy

No, at three weeks there should be on sign's of pregnancy,
The fetus would be the size of a grape,sorry,she may need to be check by a medical Doctor.

Women usually show earlier with each pregnancy. It's probably just that her body remembers what is going on and is doing things earlier. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow, with my 3rd child and I'm already in maternity clothes, but then I know women that are 5-6 months with subsequent pregnancies, and they are barely showing. It all just depends on your body.

Well seeing how this is not her first baby ( I am assuming) then it could just be where from she has had other babies plus alot of woman get bloated early on.
She could be preggo with twins. Is their a family history?

Yes I am having twins and my stomuch is huge they are boys. It may not be possible because your stomuch has to be 15 inches wide mine is allmost 17. Wow!
