I was up today for 2 hours (after a 12 hour sleep), and was tired within 2 hours again. I am panting for breath after climbing a few stairs. Am working less, but still so tired that sometimes I just lay down shaking and sick, from exhaustion...?

I would take a short walk everyday to booste your energy. Just don't make yourself real tired and out of breath. that could affect the baby.

Do more things such as a short walk around the block or a slow walk on the tredmill. Do grocery shopping. Anything a little active is good and you will soon gain more energy.

Good Luck!!

You don't say how far along you are in your pregnancy. That would help us alot, but it is normal to feel zapped. If you are in your late stages, you should take it easy, but in the beginning, just take your vitamins, go on short walks, get your rest, and watch your diet. Have you spoke to your doctor about this?
