please tell me your favorite and least favorite horror movie.and why?

My favorite was the first Saw movie. It was clever, and even the last frame of the movie left me going OH MY GOD!. The movie i despised most so far is Rob Zombie's "House of 1000 Corpses". It stank on sooooo many levels. It was dumb gore, dumb story, dumb characters, and most importantly, 2 hours of my life i can never have back.

My favorite would be either Dawn of the Dead (original) or Evil Dead. They capture everything right about horror: originality, good special effects, good dialogue and the occasional bit of humor and social commentary.
Least favorite? Probably any of the string of crappy Japanese remakes: The Grudge, the Ring, Pulse, etc etc etc. GO SEE THE ORIGINALS.

My favorite horror movie would have to be "The Thing" and my absolute least fav would be The Boogyman. the boogyman made no sense at all and it wasn't that scary. thoug it was supposed to be. I thought it was really dumb.

Looks like it's been video taped with a webcam. Horrible.

i don't like horror movies, personally.
the movie Creep was gross.....hated it.
The Grudge was ok.....
Can't think of any that had any class....
