Funny you should say that...I once saw an episode of 6 Feet Under where one of the soon to be deceased was hit on the head by frozen excrement from a plane...that was freaky!

It's usually contained on the plane, and removed when the plane is at the airport (it's a bit like having a chemical toilet in a caravan)
I wish it could all be dumped over the Whitehouse, or the Houses Of Parliament.
