You are really not going to find an accurate answer. Labor and Delivery are soo different for every person. For instance, I "dropped" about a week before my son was born, but he wasn't turned the right way til the day before, and I wasn't dilated at all the first day I went in (they sent me home) and then I went back in the next day, and I was dilated to five.
So it's really just pretty much totally random...you can't predict it.
Congratulations though!!

anywhere from the next second to the next month. these things don't predict when labor will start. I've had this combination of things plus been 3 cm dilated and still not gone into labor on my own, carrying almost 3 weeks late and ended up having to be induced.
Relax, your baby will be born when it's time.

It differs for every pregnant woman. Mine started to drop at 33 weeks, and I haven't even lost my mucous plug or anything yet (I'm currently 38 weeks and 3 days pregnant). I've also been 2 cm dilated for over 3 weeks now!

It could be days, or even weeks until you go into labor (not sure how far along you are, you didn't specify).

Good luck, and just know it will be over before too long :)

Congrats!!

Could be 2 weeks or more. Often cervix dilates a couple of centimeters and effaces 50% or more prior to onset of labor (but not always!).
