hold ctrl and then go in and out with the wheel on your mouse. It happened to me via a baby foot while I was scrolling down the page, it took me a month to find out how to fix it. Honestly try that it does work- im doing it now! I dont understand why I have a thumbs down cos it's true!!I'm telling you lol

Open Internet Explorer
Click View -> Text Size -> Medium
If this doesnot work then
Right Click on the desktop, Click Properties ->Click Settings tab at the dialog box that apperas -> Click on Advance -> Select Normal size from the drop down menu under DPI settings.

CTRL and hit the + sign or the - sign for big/small. What kind of mouse do you have? If I press CTRL and spin the little wheel on my mouse I can also change the size of the screen text.

On top of your browser u have File, Edit, View and so on Click on "View", scroll down to text size, and choose your desired size!

hit the ctrl and move your scroll button back and forth...your will change text size...I swear it's what she probably accomplished. Just do the reverse and it'll work.
