If youre in Los Angeles, go to a studio, and I have heard that LA City College has a good program, or you could check USC, UCLA, or Cal State. Studios are a good bet, just be careful on the instructor. If you are just wanting to try it out to see if you like it, LA City College or an inexpensive($300-$600(sorry, but these arent any less expensive) general acting class would be best. If you already have some experience, then a university program or studio classes are best.
