Please believe me I'm not a bigot. In the past I had many jewish people tell me that they would rather flee to another country than fight for America. Why are the jewish people living here? Can someone explain this to me?

First of all, even if Jewish people "care more about Israel" (and I'm not at all agreeing with you) then that doesn't make them bad citizens of the USA.

Second, the vast number of American Jews have NEVER lived in Israel, so it would be impossible for them to "move back to their homeland." If you never lived there, you can't go back!!
