My little sister's birthday is on Christmas Eve and I was planing on buying her a cell phone for her birthday and an ipod for Christmas. Then I thought about instead just getting her a Chocolate phone and buying some expandable memory. Which one should I do? What are the positives and negitives of the Chocolate phone?

The Chocolate phone is a solid phone. If she likes the idea of having her MP3 with her phone, she'll enjoy this phone. I've sold a few myself, and I'm pretty impressed with its ease of use and low price. (It is free with contract, you can get the link at the bottom right of http://www.cellufinder.com )
I think if your alternative plan is to buy both an IPOD and a phone, you can satisfy both your wallet and your sister since it'll be much easier to carry one device instead of two.
The negatives I would say are that a lot of people WILL, not yet, but WILL have the phone. Now that some places are giving it out for free with contract, it'll become like another Razr especially with all the advertising; but that could be a good thing, there are so many accessories for the Razr and is easily replaceable in a warranty exchange.
