I was told I am stuck with him until 21.He is really mean.

Nope, only require to keep him till 18 and then only if he is not violent

No you are only stuck with him until 18, but you do have to give him 30 days notice.

If he is a threat to your or others in your household, you need to notify the authorities and they will handle him. No, you are not stuck with him. Let the police know you want him gone. If he is violent you may need to take an emergency protective order out on him.

Wow - he must be something !...seems like if he's really that "big in the britche's" ,he would want to get out on his own, I think I would start throwing some very obvious hints...good luck

THE ONLY WAY TO FIND OUT IS TALK TO A LAWYER, OR FIND A PLACE THAT KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT THE LAW IN NY. BUT IF HES THAT BAD AT 18 HES CONSIDER AN ADULT KICK HIM OUT. ONE DAY JUST CHANGE THE LOCKS ON YOUR DOORS AND IF HE BREAKS IN CALL THE COPS AND REPORT HE BROKED INTO YOUR HOME.

after 18, you can throw them out, he is legal, and you dont have to be responsible for him

i think u r stuck with him. the police is going to ask u if he has somewhere else to go and if u say no they're going to tell u that he stays

you are not stuck with him..however, he does have residency there, so in order to have him removed you need to have him evicted..get a lawyer
