Any move improperly done has the capability to do a ton of damage. I did some training about 6 years back, and the punches and kicks and all that crap are at about 25% strength. The only moves that are real, are the ones that take to the air, i.e. the Senton.... If you notice on a "flying elbow" the elbow lands on the other side of the opponents body, clearing not hitting if done right.....

So far the only wrestling moves that I've found painful are the Stone Cold Stunner, the Rock bottom (it jolts your back pretty bad and knocks the wind out off you) the figure 4 the camel clutch the sharpshooter and the walls of Jericho.

No, not unless it's done wrong. The People's Elbow is a finishing move, so it's made to look like it hurts that much. And to Wolfmanjt, you'e right about what you said, but, unfortunately, so is crappy spelling- it's dYslexia. And did it ever occur to you that the asker may not speak English as his first language?

No wrestling move is out to actually really "hurt" your opponent. A few of the moves do stun you. I have learnt that first hand in training. But no where near to severly hurt you at all. The only time it would properly hurt you is if there's a slip up between your communication with each other.
