No, its more widespread than people ever thought, so it may seem like people are just out there with all the acussations, but they can't prosecute without proof.
And so many come forward, only to be shut down. Did you know that in some states, if the rapist is the "head of the household" he doesn't go to jail? He goes right back home, and the kids end up in fostercare if they are lucky.
