I think that it is her life and that u should let her have it. You dont have to know if your NIECE is having sex. I she trusts you then she will tell you on her own when she is ready to get on birth control or something. Dont get all mad when she says she is either. It will only cause lack of trust and she will never tell you anyting else.

Ask her. You should have built a positive relationship with her already in her life, so maybe she will confide in you and talk with you.
If nothing else, slip some condoms in her purse. That won't stop her from having sex, but at least she won't get an STD.

Ask her--it is the only way.
She may be more honest with you than with her mom--that's what favorite aunts are FOR, right?
Take her someplace for a nice lunch, and tell her what you suspect---but don't be judgemental (Mom will do that!)
You will probably be able to help her avoid an unwanted pregnancy if she will confide in you. If you don't KNOW the facts, take her to Planned Parenthood!

Why would you care if your niece is having sex? Get her on birth control no matter what age, and let he business be her business, she doesnt wanna know about your sex life probly so why should you have any business knowing about hers?

I think you can take her to the doctor to get checked. Or maybe you should just ask her if you haven't already.

Ask her and if you have the relationship where she trusts you, then she'll tell you.
If you don't, she'll not tell.
