They have run out of excuses PERIOD. I dont think it has anything to do with the election I think it now has to do with both George & Tony (Blair) are now in their last terms and I feel it is just EGO, they want to leave legends to be thought of in history as something other than warmongers, but moreso, Peacemakers........... Peacemakers MY *@"*. I dont think they would know what peace was even if hit them in the face.
