First of all Alessa, your statement is hypocritical. You, by definition are being intolerant by taking offense towards abusers....you don't tolerate them.
Second, I am most offended by life killers (in all forms). Close behind is anyone that subscribes to the 'coexist' belief.
I actually try not to assume what people mean. I read their statement and make an assessment. Like they say: to assume makes an *** out of u and me. :)
Also, I am not implying that you should be tolerant of abusers. I completely do NOT tolerate them. That is why I'm not a fan of tolerance. I am a fan of love however.

Abuse in any form (elderly, child, animal etc.). Intolerance runs a close second.
Teresa: Technically you are correct, but I wasn't aware that I should be tolerant of the abuse of people and animals, you have enlightened me . I think the more intelligent people would have understood what I meant, you apparently are not one of them :).

People who do not consider others feelings. like if someone asks u if a dress makes them look fat and u say hell yeah it does lard ***. now that is rude u could just say maybe u should change to another outfit but hey that is just me
