I've found that it is better not to express my feelings very much. My feelings usually make others feel uncomfortable.

Depends really. Most of the time, I keep to myself, but around close friends and family, I will show my feelings.

It depends on what emotion I'm feeling at the time, but I usually keep to myself because it's hard for me to talk to others about my personal feelings (sometimes).

Because you asked nicely i rather not tell my feelings to anyone but i learn if you bottle up that emotion it will come out either way, even if it will embarrass you you got to look on the bright side when you say the word you will feel better.
Happy christmas

There are times when I wish I did not let my feelings show so much but I keep them to myself when I know that I must...such as dealing with a terminal patient and their families...I am a volunteer for hospice...you have to...it would be selfish not to...

I keep them to myself usually, because I don't like for others to feel my pain. Most people pour their feelings out to me because I enjoy helping others more then myself. That's just who I am, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

I believe listening is more important than talking. Therefore I usually show my feelings if I feel it is necessary to do so.

UNFORTUNATELY, MY FEELINGS ARE ALWAYS ON MY FACE.
IT SUCKS. I CAN'T HIDE IT.
BUT IF I'M MAD, I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING UNTIL I'VE CALMED DOWN. I HAVE THROW UP OF THE MOUTH. WHATEVER I'M THINKING, I WILL SAY IT. SO I CHILL OUT FOR AWHILE AND THEN IF I CAN STILL REMEMBER WHAT I'M MAD ABOUT I WILL LET THAT PERSON KNOW ABOUT IT.
