i don't think so...i don't think Christmas is the birth of Jesus, we have no proof of that; Christmas is about spending time with family and loved ones and give to the less fortunate and relaxing...however i think it's hypocritical for someone who all year long acts like a jerk and an *** and suddenly during Christmas time becomes a "good" person and goes to church, when all year long they never saw the inside of a church or took the time to say a few words to God.

Well since Christmas is suppose to be a religous holiday and Jesus Christ's B'day then yes i would say its being hypocritical. How can you celebrate something that you dont believe in. But then on the flip side of the coin, half the people that celebrate Chrsitmas tend to forget the reason for the season.

technically yes. But then it is also hypocritical for Christian to just think of christmas as a time to recieve gifts when it was the birth of their savior so they really should just be giving to him. christmas is just a mainstream holiday now anyway so it doesn't really matter that everyone celebrates it. It's fun!!

NO there is Always a good enough reason to celebrate
By the way I look it like this
A diamond has to be cut into Many Facets to bring out the
true Brillance of a GEM Stone same goes for people many faces many sides
Does that make sense?

no. first of all Christmas is as much a commercial holiday now as anything else....second I don't think you have to believe in God (though I do) to celebrate the spirit of giving... and C..to each their own..right? wheter you are a Christian or Jew or Muslim or Atheist, do what you want as long as you're not infringing on the rights of others.

these days christmas is more about family and being together..ok so its a lot about presents and parties too but I think everyone should be allowed to enjoy christmas as an annual celebration of life regardless of their faith

Yes if it's religious. No if it's just to enjoy the holiday. Atheists like to give and receive presents.
