I don't know any websites, but I do have a good idea, that we used.
you will need :
thin ribon
several rolls of lifesavers candy
Take the candy and arrange them on a cookie sheet, pref lined with foil, you may have to break a few in half to get the design right. Place them in the oven for about 10 min on 375.
The candy will melt into the shape you formed and when they are done, let them cool completly on the foil, otherwise they will stick.
Once they are cool, you can hang them with ribbon, or eat them.
The kids love this and they can get really creative.
Hope you have a good time, and a very merry CHRISTmas!

There are also lots of ornaments, Christmas decorations, etc., to make on this page at my site:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/Christmas.htm
Those items-projects are primarily made with polymer clay, but could often be made with "air-dry" clays instead, or even various other media. Could give lots of general ideas too.
(If you do decided to use polymer clay, check out this page too on working with kids who are doing polymer clay:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/kids_beginners.htm
... click on "Teaching and Working With Kids" near the bottom of the list )
Have fun!

FamilyFun.com has tons of cool ideas. You can select your choices based on the age if you wish. Most ideas use things you have around the house already.
