sin(pi - theta) = sin (theta)
sin(-theta) = -sin(theta)
sin(pi/2 - theta) = cos(theta) = sqrt(1 - sin^2 (theta)) = 0.76
tan(pi + theta) = tan(theta) = sin(theta) / cos(theta) = - 0.85

inche is the unit of length
degree is the unit of angle
they are not similar, so you can't ask such a question like that

part B:

in a unit circle, C = pi x diameter so C=2pi.
If the unit is inches, the circumference = 6.28 inches = 360degrees

1 degree is 6.28/360 = 0.017444 inches
