There are lots of Packer fans all over the country. They hear chearing no matter where they play.
Same thing is true for the NY teams, Dallas, Chicago, Pittsburgh etc when they play on the road.

while most 49rs fan have their tickets already for the season, the othe team fans are who mostly come unprepared without the tickets, while tickets are sold out mostly end up buying hrough scalpurs, which is your guess where you end up.
Also places like California(San diago, LA, San Francisco) which most of people who live there came from other states, when their ram comes to town they are still loyal to their teams and they end up wearing their tram Jersy.
