The truth is put your credit card bills in order of 'rate'. Pay the highest rate card off first while making the minimum on other cards. When you get one card paid off you take the money you were paying on that card and put it on the card with the next highest interest rate. Continue this process until all the cards are paid. If you come into some unexpected cash it always goes to the credit card balance. PERIOD.

In the meantime, don't charge anything else. Cash is KING! Make it your motto. You'll never regret it. Credit is expensive because it is higher than the rate of inflation and because consumer interest is no longer tax deductible.

When I payed off my cc debt the first thing I did was cut up all of my cards so I could'nt use them anymore. Then I just started paying as much as I could on them. Any extra cash went to pay off that debt. I had to get a second job and I used that money soley for the cc debt. It took me two yrs to pay off over $7,000 but I'm now 26 yrs old and cc debt free. Good luck to you!!!

before using your cc you should have think if you will be able to pay for it ... in that way you wont have this problem ... the best thing to do right now is to STOP using that card and concentrate on paying first everything .... next time you use it make sure that you could afford to pay the amount that you owe from the cc company .... if you have extra cash, why not pay a partial of the whole amount instead of spending it on other things ... :)

ALWAYS pay as much as you can possibly afford--even if you have to scrimp on other things.
Paying the minimum only prolongs the balance---and gets the CC company more INTEREST!!

Good luck---cut those things up...!
