i have a 2000 honda civic ex my check engine light is on the codes are misfire on all four cylinders. i have replaced plugs wires
cap and rotor and the control module. Check engine light is still on with same code what do you think else could be wrong

You may not have anything wrong with it. If your check engine light is on, and you have replaced what you thought was the problem, you should disconnect a battery terminal for a second and then reconnect it. This will reset everything, and THEN if your check engine light is still on, you still have a problem.

sounds like a timing issue
are you sure that you have all the sparkplug wires correct???
firing order should be 1-3-4-2 going clockwise on the distributor
cylinder number 1 is the one closest to the drivers side of the car

before you but all the parts on did you get the code cleared cause if you just replace the parts and not clear cod it will stay on

well I have a few ideas...did you install all new factory ignition components, if yes your valves maybe too tight or you mave have plugged up fuel injectors. Have you had your valves adjusted recently?
