so that large corps.can claim to be organic thus forcing small legitimately organic farmers out of business.anything the govt does is aimed at helping big business at the expense of the little guy.

I don't appreciate it either.
USDA is undermanned and is planning further reduction in inspectors. This is a very strange time to be doing this. On the heels of contamination problems of spinach, lettuce, it does seem absurd. I think it's the government's answer to removing themselves from accountability, responsibility, to the citizens. You know smaller government.

they stole paradise and put up a parking lot.
people sould learn to be more self-sufficient.
some bird poo and insect spots aren't going to kill you. besides that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
people should buy local meat and veg. from local farmers. try to stay away from the mass produced foods on the superstore shelves.

Interesting article thanks for that. I buy organic milk because it stays good for much longer than regular milk. Fruits and vegetables too, now I wonder though. Thank you again.
