My husband and I took a trip to Disney Land last week, to enjoy each other before we started working on making our family. When I was 3 days late I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I experienced light bleeding-thinking it was implantation. But now I'm worried about all the roller coasters I went on prior. My doctors appt is not until Friday! Help

My last period was nov 6 and it was normal. I have a 29 day cycle so I was due 12/4 and took a test while on vacation on 12/7. After the positive result I didn't ride anymore roller coasters.

I went to magic mountain before I found out I was pregnant. No worries. The baby is so protected in the womb...the warnings are just for legal purposes and for those later on in pregnancy.

I went on roller coasters when I was four months along, I asked my dr. before I did and he said the biggest worry is being thrown from the ride. But that would be a big worry for anybody. That was 14 and 1/2 years ago, and my son is fine.

I am sure you are fine. The baby had just barely implanted at that point which mean it's just a little bean. It is also very protected in your body. Many women partake in similar activities before they even knew they were pregnant. And everything turns out fine. Now that you know just take things easier and avoid heavy motions like that. Your doctor can give you a list of what's safe and not safe during the stages of pregnancy. Congrats and good luck!!

congrats on the pregnancy!!!!!

i rode four roller coasters before i found out that i was pregnant, and my baby was fine. the nurse told me that at this point the babies are very well protected. since you are bleeding you should probably call tomorrow and talk to a nurse and tell them what's going on and about the roller coasters. I'm sure your baby is just fine.

hope this helps

so you took the trip last week, and then this week you discovered that you were late? what was the date of your last period? was it a normal one? also, last one, when in relation to the trip did you notice the spotting? All that said, if you noticed spotting early on, it is difficult to say whether it is related to the rides. Often, women (ive heard more women with their firsts) have expereinced spotting and it is ok. On the other hand, most rides caution against rollar coasters for pregnant women....

i know its hard to do, but I think you have to wait until friday....your hcg numbers wil double every other day until then, and the answer that you get on friday is the most conclusive one that you have available at this point. I wish you lots of luck

there is not something on the subject of the curler coasters themselves which will reason a miscarriage. that's the way you react to them. if you are going to get completely freaked out and rigidity out, and so on. that may not stable for toddler... yet once you like 'em and you're used to 'em, then that's large!! I rode curler coasters in the time of first trimester of two out of four pregnancies. For what that's nicely worth - the indications they positioned up... COME ON! that's stated as cover Your Butt! they could desire to declare that basically in case something ever have been to take place they could say, "nicely, we warned you!"

Your baby should be fine. If you are worried why not call and reschedule for an earlier appointment.
